THE DISGRUNTLED CHEF AT THE CLUB HOTEL

The Disgruntled Chef at The Club Hotel is Chef Daniel Sia’s second restaurant in Singapore and opened following the success of its first outlet in Dempsey. 

 

The Challenge for this second venue, set within an iconic listed heritage building in vibrant China Town, was to carry over the sense of comfort and old world charm from the first outlet, whilst subtly elevating the offering to suit a well-heeled city crowd.

 

The restaurant seats up to 90 guests and tucks away in the basement an elegant private dining room that seats 12.
