The Disgruntled Chef at The Club Hotel, Singapore

This is the second restaurant of the same name by highly acclaimed Chef Daniel Sia.

Set within an iconic heritage building in the middle of Singapore’s China Town, the 4,000sq ft restaurant occupied most of the first floor, with a private dining room tucked away downstairs.

The interiors were designed to complement the sophisticated but un-stuffy menu using hand-crafted materials, bespoke furniture, and specially commissioned artworks.
