Located within The Fullerton Pavilion - one of Singapore’s most iconic spaces - and overlooking Singapore's glimmering Marina Bay, Monti was designed to celebrate the city’s modern skyline whilst embracing Italy’s unmistakable charm and elegant opulence.

“Our primary source of inspiration was the panoramic view. We had to pay special attention to the design of the restaurant as we believe that the stunning views of the bay needed to be the star,” says Geila. “The unique circular architecture of The Fullerton Pavilion, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, gave us little wall space to play with, but it focused our attention on the guest experience and the layout; No matter where you are seated in Monti, you will look out onto the bay”.
