Burger & Lobster at Jewel, Singapore

Overlooking the world’s tallest indoor waterfall and located amongst the tropical terraced gardens of Jewel, this Burger & Lobster is in a memorable setting.

We designed the 90-seater kiosk to be a reflection of the icy-blue seas of Canada’s Nova Scotia, where the lobsters are caught, and added tactile touches in the form of custom-made metal lobster sculptures that adorn the bar counter and the staircase leading up to the small roof terrace.
