Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse, a long time favourite in Singapore with a devout and loyal crowd of regulars, was having to relocate after 10 successful years. The challenge was to create a new look for the restaurant without losing the charm and comfort of the existing space.

The 6000sq ft building was extremely long and thin, so we divided the space into smaller sections that could be separated off through the use of sliding metal and glass partitions, or velvet curtains, to create small intimate dining nooks. This flexibility also allows for the space to be entirely opened up for events.
